Indianapolis, IN. May 17, 2025 – Indiana Math and Science Academies Governing Board today announces a change to its 2025-2026 Board meeting schedule. The Board plans to convene on the following dates and time.
The Board meeting schedule is subject to change.
School officials, teachers, parents, media and the general public are invited to attend open meetings of the IMSA Board to witness the discussion and decision-making process that affects the IMSA operations

NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF INDIANA MATH AND SCIENCE ACADEMY-CENTRAL, INC.
The Board of Directors of INDIANA MATH AND SCIENCE ACADEMY-CENTRAL, INC. (“Corporation”) will meet on the 21st day of June 2025, at 5:00 pm EST, at 7002 Graham Rd, Ste 216, Indianapolis, IN, 46220.
The primary purposes of said meeting are to 1) to elect an initial board of directors who shall complete the organization of the Corporation; 2) adoption and approval of Corporation’s bylaws; 3) to further complete the organization of Corporation by a. appointing officers, b. carrying on any other business brought before the meeting, c. granting the same powers as an individual to do all things necessary or convenient to carry out Corporation's affairs, including powers outlined in Ind. Code § 23-17-4-2 and 20-24.
