Indiana Math & Science Academy West
Founded in 2007, Indiana Math and Science Academy West is a K–8 charter public school serving approximately 560 students, offering a rigorous, STEM-focused education designed to develop confident, curious learners and ethical leaders prepared for future success. The school fosters a vibrant, inclusive environment where students from diverse backgrounds thrive in a culture of high expectations, accountability, and strong community support among students, staff, and families. Operated by Concept Schools, a nonprofit charter management organization, the academy follows a proven educational model known for creating high-performing, effective learning environments across the Midwest.

Concept Model
IMSA West is managed by Concept Schools, an award-winning charter management organization that assists over 40 schools across the Midwest. Since 1999, Concept has built a reputation for providing a wide array of services for its network of schools, including its STEM-focused curricula that has put students in a position to succeed after they graduate high school. It has been around almost as long as the charter school movement and has been a great partner in helping IMSA West get to the point it is at today.
